The Wag Club began from the ground up — starting in a small garage in Papamoa, driven by the vision of an experienced, energetic groomer determined to make a real difference in the pet care industry. With passion, dedication, and a strong work ethic, what began as a one-person operation quickly grew through trust, quality, and genuine care for animals.
In less than one year, the business expanded into three locations, creating local employment opportunities and building a strong reputation through honest work and consistent excellence. Today, The Wag Club is a well-established and highly respected pet care company in Tauranga, known for its professional grooming standards, experienced team, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Our Dog Daycare has proudly been awarded Most Trusted Dog Daycare in the Bay of Plenty for the past two consecutive years, a recognition earned through public trust and community support.
