The Wag Club Grooming Salons Tauranga was founded by Jozi, a International Certified Master Groomer with over 30 years of experience in pet grooming and dog training. Recognised for excellence, care, and high professional standards, The Wag Club is a trusted reference for Dog and Cat Grooming in the Tauranga region.

Jozi remains actively involved in the day-to-day management of the salons and the ongoing development of the brand. When not personally overseeing the salons, she regularly attends international pet industry expos and trade shows around the world, sourcing the latest techniques, trends, exclusive products, and professional equipment. This commitment ensures the best possible experience for clients, while also providing groomers with safe, efficient, and comfortable working conditions.

To maintain this high standard, The Wag Club carefully selects only senior groomers, each with a minimum of three years’ professional grooming experience, working confidently with all dog sizes and all breeds. Our team includes highly skilled groomers from New Zealand and overseas.

The Wag Club is an Immigration New Zealand–accredited employer, recognised for its strong reputation and compliance standards. This accreditation allows us to recruit exceptional overseas groomers, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest level of grooming expertise across all salons.

All salons operate on an appointment-based system, use premium-quality products, and follow the same high standard of service.

Our grooming services include Bath & Brush, Mini Groom, and Full Groom, with prices estimated and subject to change following a full assessment of your pet.
